The Programme

The FremantleMedia Graduate Programme is an exciting opportunity for talented and creative individuals to build a career in media. Our 12 month rotational training programme will give you exposure to three core business areas and offer a multi-dimensional perspective of the company. Each placement is four months long and you’ll have the opportunity to experience how our programmes are produced, how our brands are exploited and how we create content for other platforms. It’s not all about production so you just might be surprised what excites you and where your talents truly lie.

In each placement you’ll need the ability to quickly establish relationships and learn about the activities of the business area. From the start you’ll be given responsibility for specific projects and will be expected to make significant contributions to the team. You’ll emerge not only with a thorough understanding of the business but also a network of friends and range of business skills.

You’ll see that once you become part of the programme we strive to make sure you have the skills and support you need to move your career forward. You’ll be assigned both a mentor and a buddy, from whom you will receive support and guidance as you need it. There will be ongoing training throughout the 12 month programme covering a range of skills. At the end of the training period you’ll be assessed on how you have developed so that you can be placed in the appropriate area.
